Accountant

Our Finance Department in Latham is hiring a full-time Accountant to join their team! The hours are Monday

• Friday; 8:00am

• 4:30pm, flexible. Hybrid work opportunity following training.

Responsibilities:

• Post daily cash transactions.

• Review contracts and process them through contract management process/software.

• Maintain lease accounting software and process monthly lease payments, expense postings and yearly audit reports, experience with LeaseQuery or leasing software a plus.

• Maintain facility allocation spreadsheets.

• Participate in the maintenance/development of policies and procedures.

• Participate in the month-end/year-end close process.

• Preparation of journal entries.

• Preparation of monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations.

• Review of site financial statements.

• Process monthly invoices for contract billing.

• Run monthly and year financial reports.

• Participate in monthly review of reports and meetings with Operations to discuss.

Annual salary range: $55,000 - $70,000
