A Temp Accountant job in North Billerica, MA is currently accepting applications. This is a contract position with our key manufacturing client. In this role, you will support Percentage of Completion accounting. To be considered you will have a 2 or 4 year degree in finance, accounting or similar, and 10+ years of experience. Equivalent education and experience will also be considered.

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and experience in Percentage of Completion accounting

• Create intuitive excel models, specific to:

o Assessing ongoing job costs and margins

o Monthly close automation

• Create reporting tools, leveraging and tying to the general ledger

• Build datasets that are easily updated on a frequency basis

Accountant Requirements:

• 2 or 4 year degree in finance, accounting or similar

• High proficiency in excel and modeling is a must

• Experience in manufacturing environment is also a must

• Ability to operate independently (someone who does not need constant guidance and instruction)
