Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc is currently seeking a full time Accountant for our administrative office located in Saint Paul. Hybrid work schedule available.

Our Accountant provides support in maintenance of ASI's financial operations as well as the financial operations of ASI's affiliate organizations. This position has great development and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include, track and enter HUD voucher deposits and compile monthly report, prepare monthly HUD financial reports on a timely basis. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation's for affiliates' checking accounts.

Process monthly cash receipts summary, prepare calculations and invoices for management fees. Prepare bank deposits and track receipts.

Qualifications: Two year degree in Accounting or closely related field, or the equivalent combination of education and accounting experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures, and a minimum of one year of successful experience in an accounting position. Proficiency with microcomputers and standard business applications, including accounting software, Excel, and Microsoft Word. Excellent attention to detail and the visual acuity to review and correct detailed financial worksheets.
