The Account Support Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating onboarding activity, communication and requirements for assigned Accounts. Provide updates for the clients and in house updates to assist in meeting deadlines and required client specific documentation. Account Support Specialist will also act in the capacity of liaison with various departments and branches including Compliance. In addition, the Account Support Specialist will manage various administrative tasks relating to Accounts in support of field sales leaders.
Responsible for the internal onboarding process including but not limited to
Ensure background checks are completed and requirements for client site entry are met per client Master Service Agreement (MSA)
Ensure drug tests are completed and requirements for client site entry are met per client Master Service Agreement (MSA)
Responsible for ensuring that any other client specific requirements have been met prior to their start date for Consultants which could include but not limited to technical testing, background checks, vaccination records, health screens etc.
Coordinate I-9 process while liaising with associated branch/market (CAS) Customer Account Specialist to ensure completion
Maintain tracking process for Consultant onboarding progress including but not limited to the updating of new hire and onboarding data.
Maintain and continuously update Excel documents within Share files for changes within current client base or new clients added that detail client specific onboarding requirements for industry specific clients.
Maintain the process for monitoring all expiration dates for active consultants vaccine records (i.e. TB test, MMR, Flu, etc.)
Partner with recruiter / back office teams to ensure that new hires are setup appropriately for time entry, payroll, benefits, etc.
Partner with Account Managers on new client specific information/requirements for hire while staying up to date with current clients onboarding requirements.
Liaison with recruiting staff to ensure highest level of support is met.
Be the main point of contact for our clients and work directly with our Vendors, MSP and Clients throughout the onboarding process.
Provide updates directly to the end client.
Respond to all Audits within 8 hours of receiving.
Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative support role with sales support experience preferred.
BA/BS degree considered a plus
Proficiency with advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Good communication skills - ability to write clear, concise email communications to all levels of management must possess excellent customer service skills
Must be organized, detail oriented, and strong process orientation
Reliable and dedicated to delivering high levels of customer service
