Who we are looking for:
VML is seeking an Account Supervisor who is a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of driving success through strategic insights and dealer collaboration. As a successful Account Supervisor, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our automotive dealers, building strong relationships based on expertise and a deep understanding of their business needs.
What you'll do:
- Become a trusted advisor to dealers: Develop strong relationships with dealership personnel at all levels, providing expert guidance on marketing initiatives, data interpretation and best practices to drive their success.
- Be a program expert and champion: Possess a comprehensive understanding of current marketing initiative mechanics, data insights, and optimization strategies, effectively communicating value and impact to dealers.
- Empower dealers through data-driven insights: Analyze dealer-specific data to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. You'll leverage your analytical skills to unlock the story within the data, presenting compelling narratives that resonate with dealers and inspire action.
- Be a strong advocate for dealer needs: Proactively gather feedback, address concerns, and champion dealer perspectives to ensure continuous program improvement and alignment with their business objectives.
- Drive program adoption and ROI: Through effective onboarding, training, communication, and support, you will drive program adoption and engagement and, ultimately, maximize ROI.
- Lead strategic planning and program development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying opportunities to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively to ensure program success: Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, resource allocation, and effective program execution. You'll proactively identify potential roadblocks, develop solutions, and effectively communicate with all parties involved.
Who you are:

What you'll need:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an advertising agency and/or marketing experience, with emphasis on the automotive sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of client categories, business objectives and the key strategic issues that impact their success.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a proven ability to extract meaningful insights and translate them into actionable recommendations. Experience with data visualization and analysis tools is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, agency partners, internal departments and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear, concise and persuasive communication both written and verbally.
- Confidence and skill in presenting complex information and securing buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Proven ability to anticipate potential challenges, assess their implications and proactively develop and implement effective solutions.
- Experience managing and mentoring individuals, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of growth and development.
