Legacy Marketing is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor with a focus on developing and executing consumer events for an established CPG brand, managing new client properties, and contributing to the new business team. This is an incredible opportunity to lead a team, and play a key role growing agency business.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage concept development and flawless execution of client events in multiple markets

  • Coordinate program logistics, planning and client communication

  • Lead and monitor day to day activities in keeping with client requests and key performance indicators

  • Source and manage multiple vendor/supplier relationships required for events

  • Event production experience, with the ability to step in and take charge when necessary

  • Oversee on-site event execution to ensure brand standards, legal guidelines and client expectations are met

  • Liaise with creative team for communication material development and production

  • Coordinate with compliance team to ensure programs adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and codes, including permit requirements

  • Manage junior level staff to ensure successful collaboration, team focus and unity

  • Coordinate brand ambassador marketing activities, events and opportunities

  • Serve as primary client contact, working directly with brand management and executives to develop and implement strategic event-based programs that achieve client objectives and meet or exceed expectations

  • Lead planning meetings and communicate status, including post event reports to ensure projects stay on course

  • Create and track metrics for measuring success of programs; analyze results throughout program to make necessary adjustments

  • Maintain level of flexibility to quickly respond to changing client requests

  • Create, manage and track budgets; monitor expenses to stay within budget parameters; communicate and obtain necessary approvals for any changes

  • Recommend and oversee social media influencers used in conjunction with a brand

  • Identify and recommend new brand opportunities, sponsorships, supplemental programs, etc. that build value for client brands

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 6 - 8 years of relevant event management and/or event marketing experience, agency experience required

  • Proven leadership abilities; experience managing others

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Strategic problem solving and decision-making abilities

  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Interest in diving into different brands and industries as opportunities arise

  • Shopper marketing experience a bonus

  • Available for travel

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's degree required (Communications or Marketing preferred)

The Account Supervisor typically has the responsibility for supporting $1-2mm, works under moderate supervision pulling in leadership when needed, grows business organically, manages others and is involved in the development of brand strategy. Required SkillsCLIENT RELATIONSHIP Develop meaningful and productive client relationships to ensure that strategic recommendations and creative deliverables are met. Manage day-to-day client needs, align team expectations and address inquiries/concerns. Work closely with client's team to create and drive tactical programs and initiatives. Effectively collaborate with internal teams in the development and presentation of strategic and creative work and share client feedback to ensure that internal team is fully aligned.STRATEGY Support the Client and internal stakeholders in the creation and execution of strategic programs that drive brand messaging and solve its business and communications problems. Understand the brand's data to determine marketplace opportunities and convey forward-thinking strategically relevant ideas. Pro-actively seek out and recognize brand/industry/marketing trends and potential brand influences and turn into recommendations to present to broader internal and client teams.NEW BUSINESS Work with Sr. Leaders to identify new business opportunities in existing accounts to expand current assignments, acquire new projects and increase agency revenue opportunities.
