About the job:
The Account Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations between the account team, the internal cross-functional teams, and the client. The Account Supervisor produces high-quality results throughout the development of the brand plan by providing leadership and guidance to accomplish client goals. The Account Supervisor is hands-on and manages efficient workload completion of the assigned brand(s).
A day in the life:
Oversees projects from brief to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Fosters positive internal relationships and aligns departments on client deliverables.
Leads internal status calls, ensuring integration of agency disciplines.
Develops in-depth category knowledge and stays up-to-date on relevant information.
Manages agency resources to meet client marketing needs.
Understands strategy and medical functions in the bigger picture.
Manages client accounts financially, including contracts, expenses, and budgets.
Oversees tactical implementation across print, digital, and multimedia.
Contributes to scope of work and staffing plans with PM and account leads.
Builds and maintains senior-level client relationships.
Develops and executes marketing communications matching client objectives.
Manages, motivates, and develops direct reports, mentoring and delegating tasks effectively.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of professional experience (required) and agency/marketing experience (preferred)
Interest in healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of digital, media, social, and analytics (desirable)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive and curious approach
Ability to mentor and lead others
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client relationships
$80,000 to $115,000 annually
