Overview

We're looking for an Account Supervisor to join the Hero Digital Client Services team. Are you passionate about helping clients achieve their goals? Do you love working in a collaborative environment? If so, you'll be the right person for this job.

What you'll do

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for 1-2 of Hero's national key clients, championing workflow through the client organization and within the agency

  • Build and manage positive relationships with Senior Managers and Directors within client organization

  • Understand client business goals & KPIs and provide direction to the Hero team

  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to develop digital campaigns, projects, and initiatives

  • Drive Digital and Design initiatives that map back to the client's overarching strategic business goals

  • Partner with Data & Insights team to analyze data and translate findings into action

  • Support in organic business development efforts for assigned accounts and work to develop thoughtful statements of work

  • Spearhead and craft client presentations, with the support of practice leads, to recommend measures to improve work process, work quality, and work performance

  • Ability to travel to the client's location (at least once a week) to participate in strategic digital discussions. Client is located in the Greater Philadelphia area

  • Bring a positive and inspiring presence to Hero's growing Client Services team

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in one of the following areas: business, marketing, communications, e-business engineering, or computer science

  • Your Account Management experience spans 5 - 8 years in Digital Marketing or Online Advertising within an agency setting

  • Demonstrate an understanding of website content management systems (CMS), analytics, SEO, and customer experience (CX) marketing

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities, including outstanding presentation skills

  • Possess solid experience in driving long-term strategic account plans, strategies, and roadmaps

  • Ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions

  • Experience in mentoring people and ability to inspire a positive, harmonious attitude among the team a plus

  • Google Analytics & Adwords Certification strongly preferred

  • Passion for digital marketing and technology

This position works directly with the client to ensure goals and objectives are being met. The Account Supervisor takes ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion. The role may also be responsible for supervising client services direct reports on a day to day basis.</p><p class="ql-align-center"><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Basic Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>·        Primary contact between the client and internal agency team, working to ensure brand/medical education strategy is effectively communicated and understood by team members</p><p>·        Has a full understanding of the clients brand, therapeutic area and objectives</p><p>·        Uses independent judgment and discretion to act as a bridge between the client and brand/medical education strategy</p><p>·        Supervises client services team members</p><p>·        Manages day to day client service business to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget</p><p>·        Ability to anticipate client needs and make recommendations</p><p>·        Simultaneously handles multiple projects and clients under pressure and tight deadlines </p><p>·        Works with multiple departments to ensure overall quality control of projects, including providing meaningful input as to employee performance and other issues within the agency</p><p>·        Constantly communicates with all departments, providing necessary project updates</p><p>·        Performs administrative tasks necessary to meet client deliverables</p><p>·        Attends meetings to discuss client projects and give status updates</p><p>·        Up to 20% travel</p><p>·        Performs other duties as assigned</p><p class="ql-align-center"><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent discipline required</p><p>·        5 - 7 years client services experience within an advertising/medical education agency</p><p>·        Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required</p><p>·        Must be self-motivated, professional, detail oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills</p><p>·        Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines</p><p>·        Advanced PC experience with all MS Office Suite</p> Fishawack Communications Philadelphia PA
