The Role:

We're looking for an Account Supervisor, Client Service to join our award-winning team. This is an incredible opportunity to bring your expertise, experience, and personality to the industry's largest communications marketing agency; solving business problems for brands through the thoughtful application of digital best practices and creative thinking.

As an Account Supervisor, you will be charged with introducing clients to the power of building compelling stories, social strategies, and experiences, all directed by a confluence of data and leading-edge technology. You'll be a trusted client partner with a deep understanding of their business and the tools we can provide them with. Your internal team will look to you as a leader on day-to-day affairs, and the one who helps connects the dots from brief to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for mid and senior-level clients, responsible for providing strategic solutions around anything/everything involved in our integrated and high visibility campaigns - social and digital marketing, ideas that drive earned, experiential that drives consumer engagement.

  • Manage multiple urgent projects, with the ability to manage up and down to ensure the team meets deadlines and stays on budget

  • Serve as the main point of contact for integrated agency team partners to ensure alignment on program goals and next steps and that the team is operating in a holistic and coordinated manner - across earned, social, influencer, production, creative, and more - making sure any concerns are flagged and escalated early

  • Strong knowledge of social platforms and ability to partner with social and strategy teams to ensure programming adheres to best practices to deliver the strongest ROI/ outcomes

  • Lead and mentor junior staff, training them on best practices and identifying opportunities for them to learn and grow by taking on new responsibilities - with the right level of support to ensure client quality is maintained

  • Evaluate programming and ideas to ensure we're hitting client objectives/following client input briefs and that our executions help solve specific business challenges

  • Build trusting client relationships across the brand's organization, navigating client approval processes and structure, including a deep understanding of client "watchouts" we need to avoid across our content and programming

  • Internalize and own client product benefits and articulate in consumer-friendly language

  • Cultivate strong, cross-practice client relationships to develop opportunities to grow business with existing and new potential clients

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including advertising, management consulting, brand strategy, media, and publishing.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium or large-sized projects simultaneously

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and experience navigating highly matrixed client organizations

  • Experience developing integrated campaigns, implementing best practices, and imparting knowledge to junior team members

  • Passion for building and executing unique, fresh, and thoughtful integrated campaigns across all channels - social, earned, experiential

  • Strong knowledge of integrated and digital marketing, content development, influencer marketing, and other integrated marketing disciplines

  • Experience presenting and articulating integrated strategies, including campaign goals, objectives, and how success is measured

  • Consumer and technology marketing experience a plus

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

$67,000 - $94,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
