Provides daily research, marketing, and administrative support directly to Transaction Professional(s), including the production of presentation materials and the distribution of market and property information.
Essential Job Duties:
Utilize internal tools to research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emails.
Must be technical enough to understand customer needs and requirements.
Maintain and expand company database of prospects/properties within your assigned territory.
Team with existing clients and partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Prepare and organize transaction-related documentation, correspondence, and presentation materials.
Perform effective online demos to prospects. Support the development of marketing materials in presenting market research data to clients. Work with team to develop client-specific reports, including formulating text and graphics. Consult with management on how best to incorporate market statistics in client presentations.
Oversees the collection and analysis of statistical data from outside sources.
Responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of market research data through internal and outside sources. Research and provide market information using CoStar, and other real estate information resources as required by Transaction Professional(s).
Maintains the market data integrity used in the research function, which includes overseeing data collection, data input/verification and review by salespeople.
Understands research-related data sources including but not limited to, tax record information, ownership information, and tenant prospect databases.
Upon receiving a valid Real Estate License:
Respond to property inquiries
Negotiate transactions under the auspices of a Senior Professional
Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree; preferably in Economics, Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning or Business Administration
Minimum of 2 years previous office/professional experience preferred
Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
May perform other duties as assigned
