NOV is HIRING for a Partner Program Specialist! You will be joining our Channel Partner Program team supporting select Partners spanning across our FGS business. Our global network of Partners makes up over 60% of our global business. As such developing programs to strategically enable, support and grow this path to market represents an incredible opportunity for FGS and for the team that will support this new program. Chance to gain exposure to, and support Partners across as many as 5 markets, and drive the future of our largest path to market. Opportunities for professional development and growth within both our team and the Fiber Glass Systems business unit. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about multiple FGS markets and the full sales process between FGS and our Partners.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for a managing a Geographic territory of ~25 Partners, potentially spanning numerous markets
- Work closely with your Partners, and FGS Sales, to develop and define a comprehensive strategy for their Partnership with FGS
- Manage partnership between Partner companies and FGS
- Conduct Annual Partner Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews with Partners to review performance to plan, opportunities, challenges, program effectiveness.
- Monitor Partner activities on an ongoing basis to provide support and assistance where needed. Including but not limited to Leads, Opportunities, Deal Registration, Commission Registration
- Assist Partners with use of Connect Platform and other associated Partner platforms like Highspot
- Support onboarding new and existing Partners into our Program(s)
- Report on Partner performance, identify opportunities and challenges within the network. Identify gaps and redundancies, overperformers and underperformers
- Manage incentives, including but not limited to, Deal Registration, Specification Registration, Market Development Fund etc. for your Partners
- Develop and deliver actionable intelligence and insights on our Partners, closure rates, FGS product trends
- Digesting Partner feedback and performance to continuously improve our platforms, policies and network participation.
- Support development of our programs as we introduce additional phases of value, new tools and additional Partner types
- Other responsibilities as needed as our Program matures and develops over time
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience working with Channel Partners, Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable working autonomously, with little oversight
- Demonstrate strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
