The purpose of the Unclaimed Property team (UCP) is to serve as the centralized reporting utility for unclaimed or abandoned property & assets across the firm and is responsible to report and remit eligible property & assets to 54 states & territories and Canada. JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. is required per state specific regulations to report & remit all customer property that is considered unclaimed or abandoned to the state of the customer's last known address. The Unclaimed Property team is looking for qualified candidates for the Account Specialist IV role with an emphasis on people managing, quality control, critical thinking, and decision making with some additional preferred qualification detailed below.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED required

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in current or previous role

• Minimum of one year experience at the intermediate level using Microsoft Excel

• Minimum of one year experience in managing, meeting & maintaining deadlines and due dates

• Minimum of one year experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance reviews

• Proficiency with basic & intermediate computer functions including navigating User Tools via Microsoft Access, utilizing Microsoft outlook to create meetings & appointments, conducting in-depth searches on the Internet in regards to Unclaimed Property, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• One or more years' experience as a Team Lead and with administrative tasks such as reviewing scorecard metrics, creating task calendars, and scheduling

• Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and high stress environment

• Comfortable navigating multiple projects and meeting state regulatory reporting deadlines simultaneously

• Comfortable working directly with Line of Business VPs, Executive Directors, Managing Directors, & Legal Partners

• Comfortable working in a highly control & risk regulated and audited business

• Prior experience working within Regulatory Operations or knowledge of regulatory requirements as they pertain to financial institutions
