Responsible for successfully managing data relationships with key strategic partners. This position will also be required to manage multiple internal project concurrently.

Primary Duties:

  • Responsible for managing relationships with key strategic accounts to ensure absorption of product data into customer systems

  • Manage the product data export process for customers/partners in their specific format

  • Develop and create files for catalog data, part data, and images and transmit files to customers

  • Responsible for account status reports to measure accuracy and timeliness of electronic data files

  • Lead communications with our customers/partners and eCatalog Team to identify issues and opportunities to improve product data

Key Accountabilities:

  • Establish and manage timelines for product data rollouts with inputs from other departments

  • Identify and develop process improvements for locating data in customer systems

  • Project Manager for small and medium sized department projects

  • Lead all phases of the project through planning, executing, controlling, and closing

  • Create and maintain project plans to the standards defined in Dorman's Project Management Process

  • Manage and communicate the expectations of project steering committees/sponsors and stakeholders

  • Collaborate effectively with everyone throughout the extended enterprise as needed to achieve project success


  • Bachelors degree in business management, supply chain, information systems or another related discipline.

  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, IT and/or Supply Chain field

  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities

  • High proficiency with computer systems and software applications, such as SAP, Excel, Access, etc.

  • Superior communication skills - written, oral, and presentation

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with, and a high level of comfort in, contact with the customer both at an every-day operational level as well as at senior level when needed.

Location: Bergeys Chevrolet, Colmar PA We are currently seeking a Full Time Paintless Dent Repair Technician. Willing to train someone with entry level knowledge and skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Perform repairs to current company standards. Inspect panels to be painted for body repair, prepping and/or buffing defect. Polish finish to match surrounding areas Operates and uses all body shop equipment properly and safely. Masks and protects parts & panels. Inspects painted units for quality of workmanship Maintains tools and keeps equipment clean and in a proper state of repair. Keeps work area clean. Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management. Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles. Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. Performs others duties as requested by management. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Candidate must have a valid drivers license.
