Job Description

This position is responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers. Acts as the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable.

We are seeking candidates that can work Monday

  • Friday 8:00 am

  • 5:00 pm.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • One to two years of clerical and/or customer service experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Some knowledge of the organization, products, services and systems

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Starting pay: $17.00 hourly

We are currently in a remote but this will be long term hybrid work environment.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $15.43 - $20.58 - $22.63
