EquipmentShare is searching for an Account Sales Manager for our Forge & Build products and services in the Elwood, KS market.

Forge & Build is looking for an experienced Account Sales Manager to join our contractor building materials team - specifically a sales representative with experience and the ability to manage multiple accounts.

This position will play an integral role in solidifying our facility as the yard of choice for contractors both large and small. If you are ready to bring your talents and experiences for unlimited personal growth - we'd really like to meet you.

Primary Responsibilities

• Present and sell Forge & Build products and services

• Maintain monthly sales quotas and margin goal

• Consistently go out of your way to assist potential and current customers

• Needs to be comfortable with cold calling new prospects

• Collaborate with the General Manager on territory sales initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of outside sales experience

• Must be able to physically visit construction locations within assigned territory

• Previous sales experience in the construction industry a must

• General knowledge of the construction industry a plus

• Excellent written and oral communication skills needed

• Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast pace environment

• Able to overcome sales objections

• Must be able to drive and maintain a valid driver's license

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs

• May be subjected to extreme outside temperatures while helping customers with their needs.

• Inherent desire to learn and develop on an individual basis

• Strive for continuous improvement
