Account Resolution Specialist

The position of Account Resolution Specialist primarily focuses on the handling of escalated account issues that are prioritized due to difficulty in breadth and/or scope. Individuals on the Account Resolution team are also called upon to conduct research, contact customers regarding resolution of issues, and follow up on any outstanding issues in a consistent fashion.

The Account Resolution team investigates and resolves account issues to improve customer relations while protecting company profits. The Account Resolution team also oversees routine account maintenance including, but not limited to, order cancellations, order returns, paid in full accounts, and instrument maintenance agreements.

• Investigate and correct account discrepancies, billing concerns, rental order exceptions.

• Reconcile and correct accounts with various billing and inventory issues that may originate from system or user error.

• Respond to incoming escalated billing requests and inquiries.

• Additional duties as assigned
