Account Representative

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Account Representative. As a Customer Account Representative, you will increase sales volume within already established accounts while prospecting for new accounts and opportunities by building and maintaining relationships while promoting Sunbelt Rentals full product offering.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer relationships and account development.

  • Make office calls and cold calls to existing and potential customers.

  • Discuss upcoming jobs and equipment.

  • Assist in the bidding process and the passing along of leads to OSR staff.

  • Promote Sunbelt's full product offering.

  • Attend trade shows and association meetings that are pertinent to Sunbelt's business and growth plan.

  • Develop strategies to increase market share on targeted segments and accounts.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees or members of the business community.

  • Ability to effectively present information to top management.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • A self-starter, highly motivated, having excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to think outside of the box and diligently follow up.

  • Basic computer skills including MS Office suite of products.

  • High School diploma or GED coupled with a minimum of 2+ years of Rental Industry experience and at least 2 years of Sales experience: or a BS in Business Management or Marketing coupled with at least 1 year of Sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. SUMMARY As part of the Account Services team, the Account Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with the IGT Instant Ticket Customers. This position communicates Customer needs and changes to internal departments, and vice versa, as part of the game development process. The Account Representative manages the full cycle, Customer facing experience for the instant ticket game production. RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Relationship & Project Management * Maintain communication and relationship with the IGT Customer providing the Customer and internal stakeholders information/updates as needed * Participate in meetings and work in partnership with other subject matter experts to solve issues or concerns * Resolve any issues that may arise with press personnel, production management, or other stakeholders * Develop expertise in instant ticket game play strategy and offer recommendations and solutions during the game development process * Provide ongoing assistance and support to the Customer in the development of game design recommendations for assigned accounts (draft artwork, prize structures, et al) * Monitor games throughout the printing and packaging process for compliance with Customer requirements Game Development & Documentation * Review and confirm that instant ticket prize structures are accurate and accurately enter game data/specifications into the Game Management System (or other systems as required). May also prepare prize structures as necessary * Communicate game development changes and acquire proper sign offs * Prepare Working Papers for Instant Ticket games with information provided, order trademark search (if needed), provide updates to the Customer * Update and maintain revisions to the Working Papers as necessary until the Customer sign-off is achieved * Provide notice of executed Working Papers and Post-Executed changes to internal departments * Record any Post Executed Changes (PECs) to the Working Papers and update distribution accordingly * Update the status of all executed and pending games in systems as required * Prepare game audit request and submit with documentation to outside auditors * Prior to ticket production, proof the game ticket for content and graphic compliance with contract proofs and Working Paper requirements * Coordinate shipping requirements and prepare documents and deliverables as required * Develop and process collateral materials (oversize tickets, how-to-wins, pack inserts, etc.) that are required * Provide contract proofs to the Customer, order collateral materials, review/sign off on proofs from vendors * Retrieve necessary records for audits when required and reconcile reports to Customer records as required REQUIREMENTS IGT Global Requirements * Follow all policies such as Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Information Security, Environmental Compliance, etc Education Required * High School Diploma or equivalent Experience Required * 3+ years of dedicated Customer services or account management experience within a related industry or position * 1+ year experience working with international accounts Skills Required * Strong skills in time management and project management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with intermediate skills in math * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Preferred Education, Experience or Skills * Foreign language skills are a plus, but not required * Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus * Printing or lottery industry experience a plus IGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged.
