From account setup and training and beyond, Sellercloud customers are fully supported by in-house onboarding, tech support and programming teams.

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll interface with clients that are just starting to use our software, as well as existing clients that need further assistance. In this role you will ensure that our clients seamlessly implement our software into their business by:

  • Evaluating and thoroughly assessing client needs and developing workflows / configurations that support their business processes
  • Coordinating with clients to design project scope and objectives and ensure achievement of implementation within required time frame.
  • Providing training, and end-user support during and after the implementation process to enable optimal utilization of our software
  • Testing and troubleshooting final system setups.
  • Drafting specifications for custom solutions including business and technical requirements
  • Managing the entire delivery process for custom development work, including testing and troubleshooting
  • Recommending improvements to all procedures and ensuring optimal level of client satisfaction at all times

Requirements

  • We are looking for:
    • A passion for software, figuring things out and helping others
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office suite
    • Experience in providing support to clients in a software environment is a big plus
    • Knowledge of e-commerce and a technical background are a big plus

Come join our winning team!</p><p>Purpose of Position:</p><p>We are seeking a Sales Representative based in Philadelphia or Southern New Jersey to represent Beckman Coulter Life Science Centrifugation and Cell Counting/Particle business to actively promote the company's products and services to a defined customer base in all of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.</p><p>The successful candidate is expected to implement a sales plan designed to achieve established sales and financial goals; call on prospective and current company customers; involve technical personnel to resolve customer's issues and problems as needed; participate in the establishment of sales targets and design of the territory's sales plan; and control sales expenses. Strategic sales targets include all Academic, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Industrial, etc. accounts.</p><p>Essential Functions:</p><ul><li><p>Annually submit and implement a detailed sales plan identifying sales objectives, sales opportunities, major customers, and regional shows to be attended during the fiscal year.</p></li><li><p>Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations, customer seminars and channel management.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate distributor training activities to achieve corporate objectives. Maintain customer activity files. Submits monthly forecast and maintains timely and accurate funnel details.</p></li><li><p>Collects and reports information on all competitive activity within the assigned territory on company CRM SalesForce.</p></li></ul><p>Environment:</p><ul><li><p>The work environment for this position is field sales based with a home office. The field sales activities will take this individual into customers' locations and moderate physical activity (e.g. lifting/carrying of materials) occurs.</p></li><li><p>Overnight travel is required, amount is predicated on home office location and territory activity.</p></li></ul><p>Physical Demands:</p><p>To successfully perform the essential functions of this job reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities.
