Responsibilities :

• Account Representative - is responsible for implementing sales strategies in their assigned territory to increase Sanimax's customers and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Key duties include procuring used cooking oil, selling grease trap cleaning services, and maintaining and growing the customer base within the region.

• The role involves cold calling on potential customers, signing customers up on service agreements, and resigning current customers.

• Collaborates with the transportation department to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and a high level of ongoing service for current customers.

• Supports strategies for defending and extending market presence by collecting market data and monitoring competitors,

• Ensures excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and soliciting feedback for improvement.

• Sales reps act as CEO's of their territories, schedule and perform prospecting as they see fit to meet the quarterly expectations

Requirements:

• Previous Account Management and/or customer service experience

• Ability or experience driving a flatbed truck and holding a Fed Med card.
