Account Representative

Account Representative Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is assisting a manufacturing leader in Toledo in finding an Account Representative to join a growing team. Responsibilities You will be responsible for developing, selling and servicing accounts while building customer relationships and supplying the company with market information.

This involves communication through E-Commerce platform, phone calls, chat system, and email. Direct communication with our customers- Quoting customers, following-up with customers after quotes are provided, utilizing negotiation skills to win orders, and communicate market information. Customer Service- Timely responses to customer requests, order entry, and order status updates.

Creating relationships with customers and other departments within Credit, Field Sales, Internet sales, Sales Support, Scheduling, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams. The ability to communicate effectively through multiple platforms- Via email, through the website, and phone calls. Efficiency with computers and relevant programs.

Being able to stay organized and flexible in stressful situations. Requirements Attention to detail, analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Time management: capable of organizing, prioritizing, and planning independently.
