What Inside Sales - Med Prod contributes to Cardinal Health
The Inside Sales Representative's responsibility includes but is not limited to: managing the success of the customer accounts by meeting/exceeding the goals and objectives identified by Cardinal Health; selling the benefits of Edgepark Medical Supplies with call points to Spinal Cord Injury Rehabs, Spina Bifida Clinics, and Urology offices, both institutional and community based; collaborating with manufacturer reps to effectively position us for accelerated growth; learning and selling the variable complexity of the solution, product or services to all people handling patient orders in the office.

Edgepark works with 1,300+ health plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, to support billing efficiencies, patient compliance, and shipping supplies direct-to-consumer at-home.
This position is part of the Edgepark Medical channel of Cardinal Health at-Home.
This position is about 75% inside sales, specifically HCP referral sales. You are responsible for reaching out to case managers and nurses over the phone to sell the Edgepark Medical value proposition and the services we can offer Urology patients.
You are expected to travel at least 25% of the time, to your assigned territory, for critical meetings and quarterly business reviews, presentations, etc.
Must be a strategic thinker, a self-starter and someone comfortable in a highly entrepreneurial role. You will take over the existing book of business within your assigned territory but much of the position will be going after new opportunities.
Implement past inside sales, business development, referral sales, healthcare and account management experience.
Identify call points and build strong relationships with HCPs to facilitate patient referrals.

Bachelor's degree preferred
Min 1 year of successful inside sales experience
Urology products/services, physician/facility office referral selling preferred
Documented track record of sales success
Knowledge of regional hospital systems and insurance guidelines a plus
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with peers
Effective organizational skills to implement a variety of programs
Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
Ability to travel at least 25% of time
Proven knowledge in business area
Computer Skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Valid driver's license
