Execute sales strategy and initiate contact with existing and potential new customers to maintain business partnerships with the Multi-Family Housing, Real Estate, Office Project and other targeted industries to identify their needs and market appropriate CORT products and services to meet those needs.


  • Establish and maintain consultative relationship with new, prospective and existing clients;

  • Develop business proposals and follow-up strategies to support how CORT products and services meet the customer's needs;

  • Initiating customer contact thru route calls, cold calls, follow-up;

  • Business development through industry networking;

  • Consistent and effective utilization of SalesForce for account management and development


  • Associate College degree or 2-3 years related industry experience without a degree;

  • Ability to quickly connect with others and demonstrating exceptional customer service and presentation skills;

  • Ability to self-direct and work independently;

  • Computer proficiency skills and social media experience;

  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen;

  • Must have valid state driver's license and safe driving record;

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Ability to speak, read and write English

For more information, visit Account Sales Representative Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated Packaging division is looking for an Account Sales Representative to support its corrugated Sheets business and digital print technologies. This position reports to the Area General Manager. It is responsible for identifying new opportunities and prospects for the sale of corrugated sheets in the Midwest region, and for managing and profitably growing existing relationships with GP's current customer base. This exciting position allows a self-starter to operate independently as he or she executes on the business' sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and economic thinker with proven sales and/or account management experience. The role will be based in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and will require approximately 75% travel within a four hour drive of Cincinnati. A Day In The Life Typically Includes: * Develop a value proposition to drive the overall sales strategy of the GP Sheets business * Create value as measured by volume, profitability, account acquisition, and innovation * Understand and anticipate customers' needs and maximize sales opportunities * Develop decision-maker relationships and generate new business growth within current accounts and prospects * Work independently against a variety of objectives using time-management skills to meet and exceed internal and external expectations * Work with customers and the company's internal production, quality, logistics, and customer service functions to ensure products meet customers' expectations and are delivered on time What You Will Need: Basic Qualifications: * A High School Diploma or GED * A valid US driver's license * 4+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience * Willing and able to travel up to 75% within a four hour drive of Cincinnati * Experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs, CRM tools, etc. What Will Put You Ahead?
