As a Sales Representative team member with Alliance, you will part of a group that walks our customers through cutting-edge products and shows them the benefit of our excellent product line and services to provide a complete material handling solution for their warehousing. You will implement solution-based sales strategies that uncover new business opportunities, bringing on new customers, and managing account growth.
The position comes with a base salary, guaranteed first year activity bonus, uncapped commission, technology package, and mileage reimbursement. First year OTE $90K
RESPONSIBILITES:
Develop new business within an assigned account base. Sell material handling solutions to existing customers and prospects within the region. Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations. Build and foster meaningful business relationship and internal partnerships. Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retentions. Incorporate all applicable sales stimulation strategies, programs, and other targeting contacts such as cold calling, prospecting, networking and market knowledge. Produce quotations using Alliance Materials quote system and forward to applicable departments within Alliance for approval and processing. Conduct demonstrations of equipment in the presence of potential and existing customers as required.Requirements
2 plus years of relevant sales experience.
Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision makers in a corporate structure Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Negotiating and closing skills. Valid Drivers License and clean driving record. Daily travel is required Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred Must be flexible of roles and responsibilities as a member of the Sales Team.
