MAIN FUNCTION: Perform customer service and sales duties to promote the services of the Occupational Medicine Center to the local business community.
Perform account management duties to maintain the highest degree of customer and patient satisfaction. Perform administrative duties within the department to help ensure efficient operations.
Performs account management & sales functions for Occupational Medicine.
Coordinates corporate wellness events and flu vaccination clinics. Attends local business community events.
Performs clerical duties as required to ensure efficient department operations.
Maintains responsibility for attendance/reliability to ensure that the Hospital is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner.
EDUCATION: Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Previous account management experience required.
Occupational Health experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills required; valid Connecticut driver's license required..
