Job Overview:

As an Account Relationship Manager (ARM), you will play a key role in the success of our Sales organization. This role provides hands-on support to one of ISN's largest strategic partners. You will be a trusted resource to answer questions and assist in resolving concerns from the partner's team members. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with sales representatives, marketing, and product teams to assist in closing deals and staying up to date on product and promotion information relevant to this partner. You will be playing a key support function and contributing to the success for both ISN and our partner. This role is integral in ensuring ISN meets our mission of being a valued partner to our customers and suppliers.

Location and Schedule: This role will be based in our Lakeland FL corporate office. The training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern. Once training is completed, this role will report 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern in order to ensure support to our west coast partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate, offer sales support to our inside sales team

  • Assist Sales representatives and customers with any returns, order management, quality assurance (QA), and general sales support

  • Build rapport and quality relationships with ISN team members

  • Meet quality standards set forth to deliver outstanding customer service and effective communication

  • Provide answers and assistance on inventory questions that either customers or sales representatives have

  • Provide order maintenance/basic support for a dedicated customer account

Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum formal education required: High School diploma, GED or equivalent is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant customer service experience

  • Experience in the automotive tool & equipment industry a plus, but not required; basic knowledge of automotive tools is strongly preferred

  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a high-growth product organization with a rapidly expanding product line and customer base

  • Proven success working in a collaborative manner with cross-functional teams

  • Experience working with both internal and external partners to find solutions

Skills:

In order to successfully perform this role, the following attributes are required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong commitment to customer-focus

  • Proficiency in a Windows environment including MS Word, Outlook & Excel

  • Ability to work independently as well as with peers, managers, clients and outside vendors

  • Proficient in all internal systems (ex: MasterPack, ToolWeb, Ring Central phone system, etc.) with little or no supervision

  • A well-rounded knowledge of all members/roles of the organization which will lead to a higher level of customer service and seamless service delivery

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all customer service processes and procedures

  • Commitment to continuous improvement based on constructive feedback
