Management Training Program Details:

As a management trainee, you can count on this program to prepare you to create your ideal career (regardless of the industry!) Our company is being built exclusively with leaders who develop from our training and guidance from within and externally.

Training completion will take between 60 90 days (depends on current experience.) After successful completion of training and placement as a full account manager, your base salary will be increased by $5,000. The compensation package includes benefits such as weekly pay, performance bonuses, car allowances, and much more.

During the program:

  • You will receive the support, mentoring, and learning you need to be successful

  • Well teach you how to excel as a leader, customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations

  • Start learning our business working alongside the team in our current locations with possible travel to new customer launches throughout the US.

  • You will be the face of Citrin to our clients and their customers.

  • You will learn behind the scenes operational functions and help us shape our organization for growth.

  • In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own market and develop your team in 1 3 dealerships and 15 50+ employees.

  • Oversight of daily valet operations for assigned location(s)

  • Become a leader with entrepreneur mentality and professional communication

  • Create and manage the schedule, daily reports, and budget allocation

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but with the right experience not required

  • Relocation is not required but may help increase the velocity of your growth

  • Must have at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment. (Only experienced managers will be considered)

  • Sales, leadership and hospitality experience may include but is not limited to: work in a hotel, retail, commission sales or a serving/restaurant environment; participation or leadership in athletic/team activities; leadership experience in the military or community, social, academic organizations.

  • Must have a valid driver's license with no significant infractions

  • Must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week.

  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

In this role, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for executing our Municipal Sales Growth Strategy in order to leverage all Pentair product technology solutions, brands, and services for optimal business performance. This Key Account Manager will provide product, application, and technical solutions support to a large sales team focusing on Municipalities and Engineering Consultants. This Key Account Manager will also partner closely with our Distribution and Sales Representative channels to influence project specifications and also drive growth for our Pump Services Group. This position will be based out of a major metropolitan area and focus on clients in the Central/Western USA regions. You should: * Have earned at least a Bachelor's Degree (e.g. B.A. or B.S.) and completion of technical coursework. * Have at least 5 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and/or Engineering. * Have deep experience working with mechanical rotating equipment. * Have proven experience working with the Municipal and/or Infrastructure market(s). * Have experience in long cycle, contract-driven sales. * Have demonstrated leadership, change management, and culture team building skills (especially with the ability to provide constructive feedback to team members to support continuous improvement and positive behavioral change). * Have above-average proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), CRM ( is preferred), etc.). * Have a deep understanding of water and/or wastewater applications/processes. * Have experience working with Channel Partners (e.g. Distributors and external Sales Representatives). * Have experience in price negotiation/costing as well as competitive analysis. * Have hands-on experience building valuable customer relationships (Internal & External). * Possess effective internal consulting skills and the ability to positively influence others in a desired direction to achieve identified outcomes without direct lines of authority. * Have demonstrated excellence with public speaking, formal presentation, and general communication skills (written & verbal). * Have strong leadership skills, high energy, and a passion to work collaboratively as part of a large team while living Pentair's Win-Right values. * Have a very strong technical & commercial knowledge of the municipal market.
