Position: Account Manager

Required Languages: German/English

The Account Manager will work closely with Younique's Brand Executives to help them grow their business while simultaneously providing the highest level of service to assist them with any concerns or questions they have.

Role:

  • Act as the voice of the Brand Executive in all situations. Represent their needs as if they were your own. You're their #1 fan and advocate here at HQ.

  • You will be assigned Brand Executives to partner with and help their business-related needs in collaboration with Market Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor corporate social media channels. Accountable for clear communication for problems and engage in a way that Uplifts, Empowers, and Validates.

  • Provide the highest level of service for qualified Brand Executives. This includes IT support, Customer Care escalations, acting as a liaison for their corporate needs and being the subject matter expert on all things Younique (product, comp plan, back office, events, etc.)

  • Support Market Managers and Vice Presidents in building relationships and a support system for assigned Brand Executives.

  • Stay up to date on trainings, the knowledge base, and trending issues.

  • Assist with any additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.

  • Dedicated to company mission to Uplift, Empower, and Validate with every interaction.

  • Report issues and problems through appropriate channels to ensure resolution.

  • Hybrid schedule

Qualifications

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and in written form.

  • Must be able to speak and write German and English.

  • Maintain high attention to detail.

  • Proactively resolve issues.

  • Work well in team settings and individually.

  • Must know the compensation plan in detail.

  • Must have a working knowledge of SalesForce, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft suite, Tableau. If you do not have previous experience, must be able to pick up these tools quickly.

  • Prior Customer Care Tier 3 Level experience is helpful, but not required.

  • Must take accountability and ownership for assignments.

  • Must be open to both giving and receiving professional constructive feedback for continual improvement.

  • Dedicated to being persistently pleasant.
