What you will Accomplish:

  • Seller Success - lead and develop positive relationships with strategic sellers, brands, and retailers within the portfolio driving inventory acquisition and supporting account growth as well as recruiting new sellers to the platform.

  • Customer Focus - understanding needs, solving for problem areas, behaviors and customer preferences (including buyers and sellers) in Fashion.

  • Category Expertise - bring category and market expertise to identify and exploit opportunities and help set the strategy and vision for the category.

  • Analytic Skill

  • Manage reporting for category and initiative performance on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years experience managing accounts in an online retail or marketplace environment. Experience with marketplaces, second hand markets or fashion brands preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of onboarding new clients onto a digital platform and assuring deliverables and targets are met for both the client and business.

  • Broad functional skills with working knowledge of marketing, product, project management, operations, and retail analytics.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate vision and purpose.

  • Ability and willingness to travel to meet in person with accounts.

  • High degree of comfort analyzing data; track record of owning and optimizing reporting processes.

  • Cultivate and own relationships with key brands and sellers to ensure they launch effectively on the platform and have a scaling plan in place.
