Ensuring customer expectations are achieved through inspections, evaluations and providing outstanding customer service every time

Receiving complete training and perform duties in several departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and OperationsPresenting product presentations to potential customers and integrate customer outreach into overall sales goals

Monitoring and reporting performance progress of goals and sales objectives with management and core trainers Observing experienced Sales Account Executives to acquire knowledge of our company values, methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties

Achieve individual sales and business development goals through consistent coaching and training

Account Manager Trainee Requirements: Bachelors in Management, Business Management, Finance, or CommunicationsSuperb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills

Proven track record of professional growth and exceeding set quotas Motivated to learn, reliable, and professional

Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of staff throughout the organization

Adapt well to continuous change in the sales process and recognize the importance of time management and productivity

Be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
