Job Summary: Partners with Account Executives to ensure the long-term success of our customers by providing sales support, acting as a liaison with clients, and ensuring successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilites:

  • Enter Sales Orders into Wide Orbit (traffic system), and follow the life of the order while responding to client requests: order confirmations, spot times, invoices, missing copy for broadcast and digital: vCreative (audio production system) and the LAB (internal sales network), etc..

  • Enters all LAB tickets for AEs, and follows through on completion of ticket request, and month end reconciliation

  • Generates reports related to sales activities & revenue data, bump reports, unapproved credits, etc.

  • Acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, and sponsorship proposals and recaps.

  • Provides administrative and/or process support for contract administration, customer service, and order history.

  • Records and forwards checks, handles contracts for Account Executives, prepares presentations, types & proofreads correspondence, files and makes copies, relieves receptionist.

  • Manages time; focuses on urgent and important tasks; avoids procrastination; follows up; shows strong attention to detail; meets deadlines

  • Adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with Wide Orbit, Marketron or other traffic systems, DFP, Ando/Triton or demonstrates ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks

  • Actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses professional telephone skills; demonstrates effective business writing skills; shows excellent grasp of grammar

  • Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities

  • Demonstrates competitive spirit; shows desire to move up

Work Experience

  • 1-3 years' experience

Education:

  • 4-year college degree or comparable work experience

The Area Program Manager is a member of the area office senior management team, is involved with all aspects of daily activities of the clinical staff and reports to the Area Director and Area Clinical Manager. The selected candidate will provide supervision to social service supervisors and any other specialty positions as assigned. Such supervision would include teaching, coaching, support and evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of the work as well as, leadership and clinical consultation to all levels of area staff. Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive): * Perform case management activities such as assignment of cases and approval of transfers and closings. * Oversee all clinical and case management activities of assigned units which may include but not be limited to screening/investigation activities, child removal decisions and process, permanency planning, and family resource support and management. * Participate in the hiring and training of new employees. * Actively participates in the professional growth and development of area staff. * Help to develop comprehensive quality assurance programs within the area office including participation in centralized initiatives. * Collaborate with other state agencies and community organizations in the shared provision of services to clients. * Participate in the development, monitoring and evaluation of the local system of care. * Interpret and trains staff on agency policy, mission, and vision. Preferred Qualifications: * MSW or Master's or higher degree in psychology, sociology, counseling, counseling education, or human services. * Demonstrated commitment to the core practice values of the agency and understanding of the theory and practice of Child Welfare. * Proficiency in the ability to collaborate effectively with community groups and organizations. * Proficient with use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook and other PC based software. * Ability to work effectively with linguistically and culturally diverse populations. * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, deadline-driven projects with strong attention to detail. * High level of self-motivation and accountability, bringing enthusiasm and energy to team and tasks. * Talent for exercising sound judgment, especially discretion in handling confidential information.
