Your Opportunity: Taymark, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking to add a new Account Manager to help lead the launch, development, and growth for new brands. In this position, you will focus on generating new leads, growing an account base, meeting sales goals, managing customer expectations, and performing all sales facing needs to gain customer commitment. May also establish new relationships with prospects through cold calling. Sales may vary between short and long sales cycles.

Your Shift:

  • Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • This role be will have a hybrid work schedule based out of White Bear Lake, MN

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.

  • Proactively identify business development opportunities, research potential new customers, and identify appropriate contacts to generate interest.

  • Function as the lead point of contact for the customer.

  • Acts as a liaison between the customer, cross functional internal teams, and vendors, to insure timely and successful delivery of our products, services and solutions according to the customer's needs.

  • Responsible for customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on product deliverables.

  • Ability to problem solve to develop a course of action, implement a plan of action and to measure the effectiveness of solutions with minimal direction.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for products.

  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and IT teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns including understanding who and when to escalate within the internal organization.

  • Close sales to achieve targeted sales volume and financial targets.

You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma

  • Minimum of 2 years of related/relevant professional experience, preferably background in and passion for sales, account management, customer service (fundraising or scholastic market specifically).

  • Ability to use effective listening skills and recognize key issues, understand trends, and develop the customer's vision on how our products could be utilized to solve their problems.

  • Relies on experience, judgment, and an understanding of the customer's industry to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Time management, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to develop relationships with customers based on strong interpersonal communication skills and trust.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills to professionally communicate with customers, account reps and managers via email and phone.

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects; excellent project management skills.
