Key Job Functions:

  • Develop and execute sales plans and goals designed to increase sales, profits, market share and minimize expenses.

  • Oversee development of new business and servicing of existing accounts.

  • Create partnerships with vendor, broker and other trade partners.

  • Maintain excellent customer relations. Meet or exceed client expectations and established deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain effective internal/external working relationships with a diverse group of individuals.

  • Analyze sales reporting and create strategies to drive sales.

  • Present complex topics in an engaging manner to business professionals at all levels of an organization.

  • Provide focus on strong category management and respond in a timely manner to all opportunities to present new and existing product lines to customers.

  • Complete special projects as required.

Required Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field or equivalent experience.

Required Knowledge:

  • Understanding and knowledge of products.

  • Understanding of sales forecasting, programs, promotions and related techniques.

  • Familiarity with sales opportunities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite strong MS Excel skills.

  • Understanding of margin and company profitability.

Required Experience:

Minimum of two years of sales experience preferred.

  • Development and execution of business plans, sales plans, and/or commission programs.

  • System implementation preferred

Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong leadership abilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to interact at all levels of the business.

The Service Operations Manager directs the activity of staff, including the work of Service Supervisors, Client Service Managers, Project Mangers, Service Specialists, and Technicians. This role may also take on direct project management or high-level account management duties for larger customers. Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, direct, and control all Building Automation and Fire & Security systems service operations activities to assure profitable growth. Advise management on local operations planning including resource hiring, development and allocation, financial forecasting, monitoring and issue resolution planning. * Lead Siemens' Digital Service strategy implementation to include remote service connections, cloud based services and fault detection and diagnostics analytics, and customer service portal activies. * Manage revenue and gross margin to achieve monthly and annual business plans. Monitor project status and control job costs to maintain margins. * Direct and supervise the development of service work to insure customer commitments are met within the estimated dollars. Oversee supervision of all service and retrofit work and personnel on assigned jobs. Ensure schedules are maintained and work proceeds in accordance with agreement requirements and customer expectations. Determine resource needs (e.g. staffing, tools) and provide any corresponding documentation. * Provide technical and operational support for the sales teams, including proper pricing and scope of work definition for service agreement and service project opportunities.
