Our growing client in the South Metro is seeking an Account Manager: The Account Manager's responsibilities are:
Developing and maintaining positive relationships and experiences with clients, conducting periodic account reviews and assessing client business needs. The position reports to the Vice President of Customer Solutions. Primary Responsibilities:
? Develop positive relationships with clients and demonstrate excellent customer service skills with both internal and external clients. ? Conduct client account reviews and assess client service needs. ? Properly document all client correspondence. ? Respond promptly to all client calls, voicemails, and e-mails. ? Serve as a liaison between clients, Operations and various departments as necessary. ? Resolve client request, questions, and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine the best course of action and use of resources. ? Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making abilities. ? Maintain a professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance. ? Promote a positive and professional work environment. ? Maintain up to date knowledge of all provided products, services, and client reports. ? Remain highly self-motivated to achieve organizational goals. ? Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with all departments of the organization. ? Handle a variety of duties, client requests and projects that require you to focus periodically, without loss of efficiency, accuracy or composure. ? Must preserve company assets by acknowledging and adhering to company policies. ? Develop effective business analysis skills and identify/report new business opportunities. ? Attending company tradeshows to meet with existing clients and new prospects. ? Become proficient in utilizing Netsuite and client-facing systems. ?
