Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing law firm clients, generating new law firm clients, resolving client issues, and promoting Rapid Legal's litigation support service solutions.
The role involves phone, email, and field visits (at least once a week). The Account Manager will also be asked to attend local trade association events, as available. Qualifications Strong Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management Skills Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, Analytical and Negotiation Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce Lighting Bachelor's degree is a plus Experience in the legal industry is a plus Knowledge of legal technology and litigation support service solutions are a plus
