Responsibilities of Account Manager (inside/outside sales):

  • Work with Client to obtain qualified job requirements and educate Client on Randstad Technologies' service offerings and process.

  • Proactively initiate new client partnerships with targeted accounts & org chart development

  • Promote Client development and build relationships with prospective Clients through office visits, presentations and negotiations.

  • Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities

  • Establish opportunities to present our value-proposition to strategic Senior Executive and Management level contacts

  • Responsible for increasing the number of qualified hiring contacts in database.

  • Maximize existing relationships by engaging clients as their primary touch point within Randstad Technologies.

  • Interface with internal teams to ensure all lines of business within Randstad Technologies are effectively represented to our customer base.

  • Update and maintain Client information in accordance to Randstad Technologies' standards

  • Track vendor agreements and complete accurate invoicing information.

  • Locate contractors working at Client locations and refer them to recruiting (recruitment lead generation)

  • Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations

VIEW JOBS 3/9/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-07T00:00 What you will do The Account Manager position for York Factory Direct, part of the Building Efficiency-Ducted Systems business unit at Johnson Controls, a Fortune 70 company, is responsible for selling residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies directly to the HVAC contractor. The Account Manager develops new customer prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of York products and programs with a focus on local market accounts and prospective accounts. The Account Manager will maximize revenue and gross margin by growing sales within existing accounts, while identifying and developing new customer opportunities at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations. While promoting the York brand, the account manager will build market share by serving the customer in a manner consistent with ensuring repeat business. Territory will cover Eastern and Central Washington. How you will do it * Assist the customer in selecting the correct York products based on customer needs, selling approach, product specifications and applicable regulations. * Negotiate prices and terms of sale. * Ensure high post-sales satisfaction by facilitating positive, long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with the customers. * Set account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis. * Receive coaching advice from leadership to ensure territory growth through activity management and territory alignment as needed. What we look for Required * Self-motivated individuals, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required. * High performing sales individuals with an understanding of the sales process/cycle and knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services. * Understand the principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. * Business acumen including sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning. * Ability to understand and communicate in today's technologically-based business environment. * Ability to listen, gain trust and bring to closure an action, project, resolution or sales with customers. * Ability to clearly articulate business drivers, understand key financial and total cost of ownership concepts. * Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns and determine appropriate solutions, while maintaining a plan of action until desired results are achieved. * Strong process discipline and the ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and develop market revenue and share. * Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. * Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), * Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred * Minimum of 3+ years of direct outside sales experience. Work Environment: * Consistent with York Factory Direct Sales Management process. * Travel required to each customer within aligned market at least once per month, or more frequently where needed. * Has responsibility for generating positive sales growth for a specific geography or vertical market including organic growth and new business development. * Fully leverage the York Factory Direct CRM,, to perform all of the aspects of business on a daily basis. * Compensation is base salary plus commission, and is commensurate with experience. * Healthcare and 401K options available. * Company car is provided.
