This position is responsible for being the liaison between the branch and its clients. Oversight over the company/client relationship, determining the needs of the company and the client to ensure that short-term and long-term goals are met. Monitoring budgets.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers at their Facilities to review accounts on a regular basis.

• Handle all activity between the customer and office. This would include fire warden training class presentations, assisting with service needs, communicating status of inspection reports within 24 hours, handling all billing disputes, providing conflict resolution for customer questions, assisting customer navigate Building Reports and upgrading services.

• Ensure that all Inspections are done on a timely basis and done accurately and completely.

• Reviewing inspections 30 days prior to renewal with customer for price increases and confirmation for scheduling.

• Ensure that all FireScan Inspection Reports are delivered to the customer within 24 hours.

• Work closely with the Inspection Coordinator to ensure she understands the different aspects of the inspection procedures and the handling of all interfacing with our Business Partners.

• Create weekly Sales and Activity reports for management to review.

• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Should work to obtain NICET Level I Certification in Fire Alarm Technology in the first year

• Should have strong customer service skills, experience in the Fire Alarm Business is a benefit or the willingness to learn a new industry.

• Should possess good networking PC skills including use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

• Must have valid Driver's License and a driving record that meets company requirements.

• Must be able and willing to work within a team environment.
