We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team as an Account ManagerAccount Managers are the heart of any client team.
They make sure things are done properly, that the team is delivering on campaign plans - short and long term - and that the client is happy. They are organized, thorough and motivating. The best Account Managers go above and beyond expectations, taking on important supporting roles in new business and agency life and thinking up targeted and creative ideas for their clients.
The Account Manager is a role model for their junior staff and is seen as their day-to-day point of contact and 'go-to' person for clients.
They lead client calls, oversee all client programs and initiatives and know when to escalate or flag something up to leadership when the situation calls for it. As an Account Manager, you may also manage one or more direct reports, helping shape their career and providing guidance for reaching personal and professional goals. Daily, you will:Manage 5-6 accounts successfully, consistently meeting or exceeding client goals and receiving positive feedback from clients
Act as the day-to-day team lead, communicating with the client contacts and divvying up tasks amongst the team
Generate results, putting together work back plans and ensuring the team meets deadlines
Mentor and manage junior team members and be an effective skills trainer
Develop strong relationships with clients, the media and influencers Manage your own time, and your team's time, aligning budget to the scope of work for each team Be an expert in your client's business, understanding the technology, their business goals, providing strategic recommendations and helping plans come to life You'll bring:Recent agency experience Traditional communications experience (media relations, content, social media, etc.) and clear examples of campaigns you've worked on and the results generated
Experience in the B2B tech industry such as adtech/martech, clean tech, data & analytics technology, SAAS, fintech, security, etc.Hands on experience not just managing, but truly mentoring, direct reports and cross-functional teammates
Integrated communications/marketing experience preferred, but not required
Curiosity about how the business works how you contribute to the organizations successA drive to produce excellent work
Pragmatic and goal oriented mindsets
Strong written and presentation communication skills, with the comfort to present ideas and make a case to clients and partner agencies

Compensation Range: $77K-$100K, depending on level of experience
The range listed is just one component of Hotwire's total compensation package for employees, which includes bonus opportunities and a variety of benefits mentioned above.
