This person will be the day-to-day contact for client relationships, for both non-profit and for-profit companies. They will interface with all areas of the agency and be responsible for navigating complex agency projects from beginning to end. Leading the charge on the tactical utilization of the client’s strategic plan will be part of your measurable objectives. You must have remarkable communication skills, be positive, fast-paced, detail oriented, and flexible. Responsibilities:

  • Lead contact for day-to-day client relationships
  • Acts as agency expert on clients and their business
  • Manages creative process, both internally and with clients: drafts proposals/estimates, writes creative strategies, engages internal team, manages timeline, presents work to client in tandem with creative team, manages production, and ensures client satisfaction of all deliverables
  • Collaborates with Research/Strategy departments to manage, facilitate, prepare and present research reports and strategic plans
  • Ensures that deadlines are met and projects are delivered on budget
  • Possesses advanced knowledge and expertise in paid media strategy
  • Initiates and manages all phases of jobs (research, strategy, media, creative, and production) within agency management system
  • Works closely with members of the project management team, creative teams, other account managers, vendor partners, and is always willing to pitch in and help a team member in need
  • Is proactive in all aspects of internal and external communication
  • Travels as needed related to accounts assigned
  • Ongoing commitment and passion for new business development
  • Stays current with advertising/media related news, trends, popular culture, and exhibits forward thinking strategies to meet the ongoing needs of our clients

Requirements

  • B.S./B.A. degree
  • 1-4 years recent experience in a similar industry; agency experience highly preferred
  • Loves working for a high growth & fast-moving organization
  • Proven ability to strengthen and foster client/vendor relationships
  • Stickler for details
  • Excels at managing process and organization
  • Self-guided problem solver
  • Has a grasp of financial management related to client budgets and sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Flexible and fast-paced
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using project management software; Asana platform experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable or experienced engaging with the non-profit or faith-based market segments is a plus
