The Opportunity

• Client Success Champion: Become the trusted face of our company for commercial clients (HOA, retail, etc.), building relationships and ensuring outstanding landscape services.
• Growth Path to Leadership: Develop your enhancement sales expertise, positioning yourself for advancement into a Branch Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed Client Expectations: Build strong partnerships, conduct site visits, proactively address needs, and drive quality control across commercial landscapes.
• Enhancement Sales Strategist: Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities while expanding your industry knowledge.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and seamless client communication within Aspire software system.

You Have

• 2+ Years of Experience: In commercial landscape account management or operations is a strong advantage.
• Client-Centric Mindset: Proven passion for customer satisfaction and building lasting business relationships.
• Inspiring Leadership: Ability to motivate, mentor, and empower your team for success.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a significant plus.
• Drive & Ambition: Eagerness to learn, grow, and demonstrate the potential for future leadership roles.
