Job Description Job Description This position is primarily responsible for developing new “leads” and occasionally assisting existing customers that contact Phillips Electronics via phone or email. This requires you drive sales on your own by researching, identifying, qualifying, proposing, and closing business.

This is a field sales position that requires traveling to customer sites and meeting with prospective customers on a daily or weekly basis. Core duties and responsibilities include the following, to be performed in accordance with defined processes: Work closely with Sales Leadership to proactively research, qualify and cultivate leads for Phillips Electronics Metrics and minimum expectations:

Respond to new “leads” or customers within 2 hours of receipt within business hours 20-30 FTA (First Time Account) meetings per month via in-bound leads 10-20 ETA (Existing Account) meetings per month 40 total appointments per month. 40 PRO (Formal Proposals/Quotes) per month $500 new Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) per month $36,000 new project revenue (equipment & installation) per month Develop over 200 hours of installation labor per month Drive profitability and grow revenue Engage “leads” and convert them to qualified prospects, and ultimately new customers Effectively utilize in person visits, video, phone, email, and for direct prospect and customer communication Establish and maintain relationships and effective communication throughout the entire sales cycle to obtain true “trusted advisor” status Request and obtain referrals from customers for new customer opportunities Uncover and qualify unique prospect challenges, and present Phillips Electronics products, technical features and benefits as they relate to solving those prospective customers’ problems and/or fulfilling their application requirements Prepare and issue proposals and quotes for identified prospects Follow through and close proposals and quotes Work closely with Leadership and Service/Install Manager to ensure smooth and complete account onboarding and implementation Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly new revenue and activity quotas Maintain adequate activity levels to ensure consistent revenue achievement Consistently seek guidance and continuous improvement on executing every aspect of this position Collaborate with Phillips Electronics Leadership to refine sales processes toward increased sales productivity Utilize and maintain CRM tool with complete and up to date information on all stages of engagement with assigned prospects Complete required technical training and competencies Facilitate marketing efforts by regularly communicating discovered needs, trends, and other market intelligence Pre-plan travel and visits to maximize client-facing time and minimize travel time between visits, provide and confirm visit plans/meeting agendas to customers for each scheduled visit, and complete trip reports/notes for each visit, maintained in the CRM Maintain a positive attitude and ’how can we’ approach toward challenges that will arise Participate in weekly sales team meetings and 1:1 meetings with Manager Be a creative force when necessary Practice Excellence, Dependability, and Family values in all business transactions Refrain from engaging in negative conversations about competitors Project a positive company image at all times Work with co-workers to ensure success Other duties as needed or assigned Pay Range between $3,500 - taxes & deductions up to $10,000 - taxes & deductions Company Description We always prioritize customer service which comes only second to the way we treat our employees.
