Location: Cypress, CA - Hybrid (2 days in person) (Depending on experience, remote can be negotiable)

Classification: Exempt, Full-Time

Working Hours: 8:30am

• 5:00pm

Overview:

A rapidly growing insurance agency is seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join the team and play a vital role in driving business growth.

You will be responsible for developing and servicing client accounts, ensuring a seamless experience and maximizing client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not are Limited to:

Client Management:

• Foster strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming their trusted advisor on insurance needs.

• Proactively manage assigned accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing client inquiries.

• Assist clients with requests for certificates, policy changes, cancellations, and claims submissions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files within the agency management system.

Business Development:

• Collaborate with Producers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Assist with assembling and presenting proposals to potential clients.

• Secure client signatures, collect payments, and manage follow-up activities.

Account Servicing:

• Coordinate and implement the delivery of agency and carrier services to clients.

• Prepare summaries of insurance coverage, schedules, and proposals for client review.

• Monitor policy audits and facilitate any necessary corrections.

• Analyze client contracts and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.

Teamwork:

• Adhere to the agency's core values and code of ethics.

• Uphold the agency's established procedures and data management systems.

• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty license

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance (preferred).

• Strong understanding of business insurance coverage and premium rating methods.

• Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in agency management systems and relevant software.

• Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
