What You'll Get to Do:

This position is responsible for assuming overall account management including maintaining and expanding current business at assigned strategic accounts for the Strategic Business Development Division. Develop sales by identifying and meeting customer requirements; coordinating sales negotiations; and providing administrative support working with product management, engineering, operations, and local representatives partners. Aligns domestic vision and strategies with business unit's global direction. Assist in developing vision and strategy that promotes diversified product offerings to potential high growth strategic customers and emerging markets, both domestic and offshore. Provides information for forecasting market sales and assists in developing departmental and account budgets.

Assumes full responsibility for comprehensive strategic account management.

  • Maintain and expand current business through effective support, service, account management and sales promotion and coordination.

  • Comprehensive strategic account management for assigned accounts resulting in increased sales (domestic and global) and meeting/exceeding business unit plans.

  • Assume total accounts responsibility, including design and promotion, service and operations, credit, and delivery. Work with the representative and channel partners in managing business at the assigned accounts.

  • Determine current and potential market and product trends. Report results and makes recommendations to direct manager and the executive team. Monitor competitive products and activities.

  • Support the divisional CRM strategy to ensure full utilization of CRM process for assigned accounts.

  • Development and management of business plan and budget including but not limited to sales strategies, business metrics, relationship plan.

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • A college degree with a technical background (Engineering preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years successful industrial device sales experience.

The Global HRIS Manager serves a meaningful role – to connect the dots between Gallagher HR users and leaders requirements for HR applications and the technical delivery of those requirements -- liaising between the functional users and configuration support team and related technical delivery team members across Gallagher's global and integrated HR application landscape (Oracle Cloud HRIS, as well as adjacent applications such as Cornerstone Learning Management System). In this role, you will lend your oversight to matters of application configuration, maintenance, security, user training, system upgrades, implementation of additional functionalities, patches, testing and other technical projects as needed. You will partner with HR leadership and end users across the HR function to set and execute strategies for integration of Oracle Cloud HCM and other HR applications, and recommend and develop standard methodologies for utilizing available system functionalities. This position works multi-functionally with our Corporate HR Operations Leaders, our global HR user base, and onshore/offshore technical consultants and vendors. In addition you will lead the Oracle Cloud technical/functional project management team members, coaching and developing team resources to champion and uphold a strong partnership with their respective functional process owners in areas of Compensation and Reward; Performance Management; Training and Development; Core HR; Payroll; Benefits; Talent Acquisition/Recruiting; etc. This team ultimately leads the design and modification of our Cloud HR application environment, in partnership with human resources and information systems staff and leadership, to design new or modify existing HRIS to meet the growing requirements of our dynamic global Human Resources function. Your duties will include (but are not limited to): * Work directly with Business/Customers, advising on complex use of Oracle HCM products and resolve highly complex and mission-critical issues. Works with the Global Oracle HRIS Leader with direction provided by HR Functional Leaders and global partners. * Improve customer satisfaction and reduce cycle-time on specific wing to wing processes within the HR Function utilizing HCM systems. * Seek, share and institutionalize HCM application standard methodologies across all HR Functions. * Guide the user community on the best use of existing and/or newly introduced system functionality. * Lead Oracle Cloud or other system implementations in alignment with standard HR policies and procedures. * Ensure that the resources and processes for projects, methodology, and delivery is structured for and operating at maximum efficiency * Implement quality in the rigor of application design discussions to ensure the right technical solution is provided to address the functional requirements. * Clearly communicate project and program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior management, HR Steering and Governance committees or other partner groups. * Lead activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s). The teams can be part internal, part external and on or offshore. * Run business relationships with Global Business Units and Regions. * Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization. * Coordinates program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, developing implementation, testing and training plans, and ensuring the successful transition to support and maintenance teams. * Ensure HCM Best Practice processes are being implemented demonstrating standard feature functions of the strategic HCM Application platform. * Analyze and evaluate requirements for systems solutions and enhancements that improve business processes and/or provide increased controls. * Support ITIL & SOX compliance activities around system transaction monitoring, tracking of system changes, data integrity and user access controls. * Ensure quality controls around systems setups and maintenance required for HR through defined processes, staff training and ongoing monitoring. * Participate in creation of training materials, SOPs, system documentation, and end user communications or knowledge articles. Qualifications Requirements Ø Minimum of 5 years related Human Resources application experience (Oracle Cloud HR and Oracle (formerly Taleo) applications) Ø University Degree, preferably in Computer/IT Services area of study or equivalent in experience.
