Summary Description:
The Search Account Manager is a highly driven individual with a well honed discipline of managing client relationships and portfolio growth. The account leader is well adept at cultivating key client relationships, fully understanding their objectives and goals, and drives towards exceeding agreed upon KPIs. The Account Manager is responsible for driving every aspect of the account management flow - from strategy definition and planning, to successful, flawless campaign execution and optimization.
Responsibilities:
Client Strategy:
Drive flawless campaign execution and optimization
Ensure agreed upon KPIs are consistently met, according to the client's "source of truth"
Work with Director of Performance Solutions for Search to ensure consistent training on the latest paid search best practices and strategies are delivered
Own revenue forecasting and accurate budget pacing
Campaign Optimization
Paid Search strategies that are aligned to client goals
Ensure that Paid Search strategies & plans are fully exhaustive and all-encompassing of strategies that are key to driving success for campaigns
Have a robust understanding of a full funnel strategy using different methods to drive key success metrics for clients.
Ensure consistency in end client reporting, Account Review templates, status call agendas and overall client engagement approach
Lead client relationship building, revenue growth and retention initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
Candidate will be required to have at least 2 years' experience managing SEM and client relationships. Successful candidates may bring experience from an agency, client, or consulting environment. Bachelor's degree required.
Skills and Experience:
Exceptional Relationship Management: Strong in building trusting and lasting client relationships
SEM Experience:
2+ years of hands on experience managing paid search and shopping campaigns.
Experience with Performance Max, Discovery, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon and Walmart campaigns a plus
Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Skai, SA360, Pinterest and Optmyzr. Experience in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google Data Studio and/or DV360 a plus.
