JOB SUMMARY

The Account Manager directly oversees one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and is responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial and Business Systems Management

  • Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance

  • Demonstrates the ability to improve the financial performance and profitability of the account

  • Understands the contractual agreement and recognizes ways to maximize opportunities

  • Demonstrates the ability to positively move the metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover

  • Manages scheduling, overtime for associates under his/her direct supervision, tip reporting, and timekeeping

  • Ensures that forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate

  • Effectively utilizes standardized business systems as developed by Towne Park and ensures compliance with policies and procedures

Human Resources

  • Is actively engaged in the recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best people are selected for the location

  • Fosters an environment that retains talented associates

  • Responds proactively to associate feedback and suggestions, including satisfaction surveys and exit interviews

  • Sees that new associates get off to the right start through proper orientation and on-the-job training

  • Recognizes great performance and provides opportunities for top performers to learn and grow

  • Recognizes where the team and individual performers need to improve and properly trains and coaches

  • Identifies talent and helps develop future leaders for the organization

  • Conducts regular performance appraisals and provides feedback and coaching for all direct reports

  • Holds effective associate meetings and ensures that shift huddles happen on every shift

  • Practices positive discipline and provides accurate and timely performance documentation

  • Delegates by allocating decision making and other responsibilities appropriately and effectively

Service Management

  • Ensures that the guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts

  • Efficiently allocates labor resources to support service delivery

  • Works with the Area/District Manager and Human Resources to forecast and plan for seasonal variances in business to ensure proper staffing levels

  • Understands the client's service standards and effectively integrates Towne Park's standards to complement them

  • Is knowledgeable of the client's service metrics/measurements and ensures Towne Park is helping to drive results

Client Relations Management

  • Develops cohesive working relationships with the clients' staff members

  • Maintains regular meeting rhythms and communication channels with the client and follows through on commitments

  • Knows when to be present at the site and maintains a high level of visibility

  • Understands what objectives are important to the client and ensures the entire team is focused on exceeding expectations

  • Capitalizes on opportunities to grow Towne Park's business by building client loyalty and creates a net promoter of Towne Park.

Systems and Standards

  • Fully understands and utilizes the systems provided by Towne Park to control assets and expenditures

  • Trains others or sees that they are trained to properly use the systems provided

  • Maintains a clean, neat work environment

  • Completes all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the Area/District Manager

  • Cooperates with management and coworkers to ensure that services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of internal and external customers

  • Treats clients and associates with courtesy, respect and dignity

  • Maintains strict confidentiality related to associate and client information

Safety and Risk Management

  • Understands and follows safety and security procedures

  • Practices preventative safety procedures as set forth by Towne Park

  • Reports all accidents and incidents to the Area/District Manager immediately

  • Uses only equipment trained to use and operates all equipment in a safe manner

  • Reports all potential high risk areas and safety concerns to the Area/District Manager

  • Ensures all associates have been adequately trained in safety and loss prevention procedures

  • Ensures claims are reported timely and accurately and cooperates with the Risk Management department to resolve claims

  • Consistently follows the progressive disciplinary process to hold associates accountable for at-fault claims and safety violations

  • Promptly responds to any concerns regarding workplace safety

  • Follows the procedures for reporting on-the-job injuries and works with Human Resources to effectively manage worker's compensation cases

  • Adheres to Towne Park employment and payroll policies and procedures to limit exposure to employment claims and litigation

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Maintains relationships with present client to obtain references and leads for new opportunities

  • Keeps leadership and sales teams advised on known changes to Ownership Groups/Management Companies or Brand changes

  • Advises Leadership and Sales of any changes in position at the client location. Specifically, name, where they came from, where they are going

  • Monitors existing client's business in order to be aware of and report to Area/District Manager any construction, expansion, or changes in the current business that could lead to internal growth opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Demonstrated work ethic, drive, energy, and persistence to achieve goals

  • Ability to maintain stability, dependability and professionalism when faced with changing and difficult situations

  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and various technology and point-of-sale applications

  • Written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization

  • Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications

  • Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience

  • Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service

  • Must be able to drive manual transmission

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen

Start doing your life's best work.(sm) The primary role of the Part Time Home Infusion Nurse is to provide clinical care and education to home-based patients receiving a wide range of parenteral medications dispensed from BriovaRx Infusion Services pharmacies (the "Company"). The most common route of administration is intravenous, however medications may also be given via subcutaneous infusion or injection, intramuscular injection, or intraspinal (intrathecal and epidural) infusion. Service delivery takes place in patient homes and also in ambulatory infusion suites, where available. All infusion services and medication delivery is provided in accordance with BriovaRx Infusion Services policies, procedures and therapy-specific protocols, and based on comprehensive orders received from a physician or licensed practitioner. The Home Infusion Nurse fills an integral role in the clinical operations of the organization, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team needed to prepare, deliver and seek reimbursement for the infusion therapy that is safely and effectively administered to each patient. If you are located in Tucson, AZ, you are located in the heart of our service area with most home visits being within approximately 30 miles. (Paid door to door and mileage.) Primary Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain positive clinical rapport with patients and their families, working closely with them in the provision of infusion therapy, education related to self - care and self - administration, and clinical monitoring of patient response to therapy * Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion therapy, including safety of the home environment, availability of caregiver support, and willingness of patient and/or caregivers to become as independent in therapy administration and monitoring of response to therapy as possible * Obtain and document patient's medical history at the start of care and ongoing, particularly as related to the diagnosis being treated with the prescribed infusion therapy * Complete all required clinical documentation thoroughly and timely, including nursing plans of care (POC), plans of treatment (POT), visit notes, clinical summaries, medication profiles, discharge summaries and any updates provided to members of the patient's care team, as well as obtaining patient and /or caregiver signatures on relevant consents and required forms * Participate in case conferences as needed to comprehensively plan patient care with the multi - disciplinary care team * Provide skilled care to patients of varying ages and medical conditions, as outlined in the plan of care and in accordance with physician orders and the plan of treatment * Establish, secure and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed, including (but not limited to) peripheral IV (PIV) placement, PICC and tunneled central venous catheter dressing changes, and implanted port access * Administer medications as prescribed, performing therapy - specific clinical assessments in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures and protocols, which may include frequent vital sign monitoring, management of acute infusion reactions, monitoring of side effects, and procurement of laboratory specimens * Communicate observations of patient response to therapy and overall physical assessment / condition with members of the care team in a timely manner, which may include the nursing supervisor, dispensing pharmacist, registered dietitian, and licensed prescriber, among others * Establish collaborative relationships with home health agencies (HHAs) delivering services on behalf of / or in conjunction with the Company, providing agency education and support as requested by the nursing supervisor * Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of infusion therapies administered in the home and ambulatory infusion center, utilizing Company policies, procedures and protocols in addition to all available training resources to ensure understanding of each therapy before initiating treatment * Maintain current nursing licensure in all states in which patients are serviced, as required by the respective State Boards of Nursing and/or Department of Health * Comply with all State and Federal regulations and laws, including employee health and safety protections mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), patient privacy and data security required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as well as all home infusion standards of practice * Complete all training required upon hire and annually per policy, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification * Serve as a professional representative of the Company when meeting with and/or providing education to external customers, payers and referral sources * Assist in staff orientation and training, serving as a clinical educator and resource as requested * Drive personal / rental vehicle (per travel policy) in the completion of job duties, including (but not limited to) travel to the Company office, patient homes, area hospitals, physician offices, home health agency offices, and the Company's Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * Active and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice and others as requested * 1 years of experience working as an RN in a clinical care setting that contributes to proficiency in infusion therapy (such as medical surgical unit, emergency department, intensive care unit, post-anesthesia care unit, or similar setting) * Proficient with electronic medical record documentation * Willing and able to work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals including pharmacists and technicians, physicians and other licensed prescribers, registered dietitians, home health agencies (HHAs), sales representatives, and others as needed to provide comprehensive care and support of patients and caregivers * Willing and able to work independently in home or alternate-site settings, assume a flexible work schedule, and able to meet attendance, overtime, after-hours on-call, and other reliability requirements of the position * Access to reliable transportation that will enable travel to customer and/or patient sites Preferred Qualifications: * Experience administering infusion therapy in a home or alternate-site setting * Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) programs * Knowledge of the Infusion Nursing Society (INS) standards of practice, policies, and procedures * Knowledgeable of HIPAA patient privacy and data security requirements, OSHA employee protection regulations, and The Joint Commission's accreditation standards for home health and home infusion pharmacy (or other relevant accrediting organizations) * Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills * Effective interpersonal communications, both written and verbal * Proficient with Microsoft Office * Effective teaching skills * Bilingual (English / Spanish) Careers with Optum.
