Serve as the key contact for assigned plans within a busy service team. Handles most service requests from clients, plan sponsors, third party administrators, and internal and/or external constituents.
Execute established strategic action plan to improve customer satisfaction and improve overall retention. Directly accountable for overall administrative service results including customer data transmission, participant transactions, ERISA advisory service, Plan Year End services etc. May identify, recommend, and implement conservation approaches to enhance asset retention and improve persistency.
Typically handles moderately complex problems or inquiries. Refers more complex problems to senior staff members.
Provide day to day contact with the clients. Manage client expectation regarding service requests, resolve service, processing and administrative issues, deliverables and time frames. Provide explanation of agreements and regulations.
Has strong client and project management skills and may participate in projects to obtain or ensure the retention of business. May make decisions based on established operating procedures to ensure objectives are met.
High School Diploma
1-3 Years of Financial Services Experience in a client-facing role
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Experience within the 401(k) or Retirement industry
Accustomed to working within a collaborative, team environment
