Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Working under direct supervision, consults, manages and provides clients plan participant data to outside organizations through close partnerships across the business and the plan sponsor. Works closely with clients, plan sponsors, new record-keepers, TPAs, Investment Professionals, and internal and/or external managers and staff throughout the defined contribution business operation. Works to close out plans efficiently and timely while maintaining financial discipline and high customer service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Discuss plan liquidation / plan termination guidelines. Negotiate liquidation / termination dates in a busy, volume driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Identify and obtain any missing information. Must effectively negotiate, troubleshoot, and prioritize tasks.

  • Resolves issues/discrepancies, i.e., fund issues and funds subject to withdrawal restrictions.

  • Provide regular, effective communication with the plan sponsor, broker, TPA, field, management, and other internal parties regarding status of deconversion.

  • Manage the de-conversion timeline to ensure delivery dates are adhered to by all parties.

  • Ensure that all fees, market value liquidations, and CDSC's are handled prior to plan liquidation.

  • Must ensure that all parties involved in the deconversion process remain informed of decisions made and responsibilities assigned.

  • Deliver high quality service while minimizing risk.

  • Responsible for coordinating the plan liquidation and wiring of proceeds in a timely and accurate fashion.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have experience in defined contribution administration, specifically in the 401(k) market.

  • Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and customer service skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skill required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be able to manage the flow of incoming information from multiple sources effectively and efficiently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge of the Reflex recordkeeping platform

This position reports into the Sr. Key Account Director for Target, and directly supports the Target Key Account Director in managing the direct relationship with Target's Sr. Enterprise Buyer. In addition to being accountable for the Target.com business, this role is also responsible for delivering innovation in the eCommerce and omnichannel space to support our joint strategic objectives with Target, as well as for facilitating the necessary change management required, both internally and externally, to bring new ideas and thinking to the business. This role supports the organizational education of the e-commerce landscape as it relates to Target's on-line objectives, platform capabilities and shopper journey strategies. The person in this position needs to be curious, proactive, and adaptable in synthesizing data and insights to solve emerging consumer/shopper challenges. Exceptional collaboration skills, the ability to make others better, and a team-first orientation are essential.Support and grow the Customer Development team• Scorecard Management: o Strengthen sales performance across all fulfilment channels via robust and integrated customer planning with intent of driving ideas, opportunities, and analytics across channels.
