Our client, a multi-billion-dollar oil and gas firm, is looking for a permanent, full-time HR Manager to be based in their Loveland, CO headquarter office. About our Client: Our client specializes in advanced degradable frac plug technology, utilizing Poly Glycolic Acid (PGA) polymers for reliable, temperature-dependent degradation.

Unlike other degradable materials that rely on chlorides and can be unpredictable in varying wellbore conditions, this solution offers consistent, controlled breakdown without environmental drawbacks. With an extensive run history across multiple basins, their patented, sealing elements provide enhanced performance and elongation, minimizing the risk of casing deformation or breaches at plug depth during frac operations. This eco-friendly degradable technology is engineered to perform under a wide range of operating conditions and casing sizes, delivering dependable, high-performance solutions even in the most challenging environments.

Position Summary: This is a full-time, remote role for an Account Manager/Business Developer in Midland/Odessa, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for carrying out new business activity, while managing a small batch of existing clients.

Responsibilities: Sell proprietary and technology-driven degradable plugs and other downhole products. Report to Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and expand customer base and other products businesses. Collaborate with the General Manager of Sales and Operations, Senior Sales and Marketing Manager and colleagues to sell plugs and other products.

Build, develop and maintain relationships with oil and gas company representatives, oil and gas field offices and wireline companies to discover sales opportunities and to achieve new sales. Report to Senior Sales and Marketing Manager on plugs and other products' sales activities and market situation. Report to Senior Sales and Marketing Manager on each customer's future demand forecast periodically for supply-chain management purposes.

Plan and support product promotion to potential customers including events and exhibitions. Analyze and report to Senior Sales and Marketing Manager on the latest market development and customers' needs in the oil & gas industries. Analyze and report to Senior Sales and Marketing Manager on the latest development of technologies in the industries.

If requested, Account Managers will be required to travel within and outside of the U.S. If requested by SCM Manager, manage warehouse and inventory related matters. If required, provide field services to KES customers Additional Information:

Candidate must live in or near Permian (Midland/Odessa) $150,000 - $165,000 base salary, plus competitive commission - OTE $200K Commission is paid 2x per year based on the number of items sold (paid out June and December for prior months). Med/Dental/Vision 100% covered if just the individual.
