NCC is currently adding to our Account Manager Team!
The Account Manager is responsible for customer and sales support at NCC. The Account Manager works directly with Regional Sales Managers and customers to ensure timely delivery of product, resolution to issues that arise and consistent customer care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Able to easily build customer rapport and understand both internal and external customer needs.
Professional phone skills.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel experience preferred
Ethical conduct with customer interaction is a must.
Decision-making, analytical problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.

Principle Job Duties:
Cooperating with Regional Sales Managers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Customer retention and expanding customer growth opportunities.
Supports regional sales operational objectives by communicating customer information; reporting and implementing production quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends.
Maintains and expands customer base by working with VP of Sales and Regional Sales Managers building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal network; and sharing new ideas with your team.
Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments
Coordinating status on orders from plant departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to customers is met.
Maintaining customer reporting activities.
Creating and delivering qualified leads to National Sales Managers.
Build quotes and write orders.
Must be able to meet these requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
Essential for job function requires the ability to:
Sit for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks
Stand for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks
Stoop, twist, bend and work overhead as necessary
Demonstrate manual dexterity
