Position Summary
The Mid Market Account Manager (AM) is a high impact position combining equal parts relationship management and client satisfaction. The Mid Market AM will work with existing DocuSign customers, managing an average book of 225 accounts ($3M book in annual contract value) to develop and maintain extraordinary relationships to ensure their satisfaction, retention and expansion.
The Mid Market AM is accountable for customer retention, proactive client management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption/usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader DocuSign partner ecosystem.
This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Manager, Commercial Account Management.
Responsibilities
Develop and leverage customer relationships to improve customer retention.
Manage renewal process and negotiate multi-variable contracts.
Drive usage and adoption and consult customers to increase successful adoption of the Docusign Platform.
Facilitate cross functional support to achieve successful product implementation.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve metrics.
Become an expert within the specific vertical accounts managed.
Foster strong working relationship with DocuSign Account Executives to support and grow current customer base.
Travel as necessary to foster relationships with customers in territory.
Basic Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in account management focused on customer retention within the technology or software industry.
BS/BA degree
Experience building highly consultative customer relationships.
Track record of success and over-achievement of quota in past positions.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment. Exceptional time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically at the executive level.
Experience with project management and consulting with customers to deploy technology.
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to address customer situations.

This individual will be responsible for establishing a primary research arm within the company to plan, design, execute, and report on market research that will drive Slalom's business and brand forward. The Market Research Manger will work closely with internal and external partners and providers to collect data, author reports, and make business-oriented recommendations. They will be accountable for developing a research plan that meets business objectives and fits within an annual budget. The ideal candidate will be an expert researcher who knows how to partner with colleagues and stakeholders to demonstrate the value of market research done right! Responsibilities: * Communicate with stakeholders to understand and document the business objectives * Develop research plan to address business objectives * Select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques * Design qualitative and quantitative research plans leveraging both external and internal sample * Design research questionnaires and moderator guides * Oversee fieldwork processes and provide relevant status reporting to stakeholders * Work closely with D&A leadership team on an ongoing basis to share status, findings, and continue iterating on research plans * Mine existing data sources (e.g., customer satisfaction survey, project data) to develop new insights or support other research findings * Interpret data, write reports, and make actionable recommendations * Partner closely with marketing and delivery teams to incorporate research findings into external thought leadership pieces for publication * Manage external research vendor relationships and projects * Manage annual research budget and ensure on time, and on budget delivery of primary studies Qualifications: * A minimum of 5 to 7 years within the custom Market Research industry * 1 to 3 years of experience in the consulting industry a plus * Academic and practical experience with a wide array of new product, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies * Exceptional written and oral communication abilities * Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis * Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS * Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences * Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, problem solving skills * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines * Must be resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity Slalom is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
