Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager with a proven history of leading and managing large enterprise clients, in a competitive, dynamic, and evolving marketing space.

As an Account Manager at MediaMath, you are the strategic lead on existing Tier 1 accounts, developing strategies to grow the partnership.

In close partnership with other internal teams, you will engage with senior technical, operational and executive-level contacts at the client, and be expected to establish, develop, and deepen the relationships that will allow our partnership to grow.

You will:

  • Partner with decision makers across your clients to design, iterate, and evolve joint, multi-year roadmaps that address their priorities and challenges

  • Articulate value propositions MediaMath can offer to the client's business to drive outsized revenue growth for both companies

  • Work closely with the Account Director, you'll provide strategic input into the overall client strategy and future roadmap

  • Serve as the strategic lead and point of escalation for clients and your team across your book of business and pipeline

You are:

  • An excellent communicator; specifically, strong listening, negotiation, and presentation.

  • Able to establish meaningful relationships throughout all levels of client organizations with a track record of retaining key clients

  • Able to coordinate internal resources with an uncanny ability to rally peers to resolve problems quickly, efficiently and under pressure and/or time constraints

  • An effective project manager ability to prioritize and methodically meet deadlines.

You have:

  • 5+ year experience working as an Account Lead / Senior Account Manager on Tier 1 accounts brands of agencies

  • History of hitting and exceeding revenue goals by adhering to a Customer-Focused Sales Methodology.

  • Experience engaging with decision makers at Manager level and above

What you'll do: * Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key clients and agency partners by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations * Partner with account executives and creative strategists throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, bringing measurable ROI for our clients * Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally) * Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities * Serve as the product expert by educating brands and agencies on Snap's new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations * Increase adoption and engagement of Snap's self-service platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study * 3+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field Preferred qualifications: * Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem * Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights * Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies) * Pre-existing relationships with client decision-makers and brand marketers * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally) * Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews * Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes * Strong presentation and communication skills * A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products Snapchat New York NY
