The Media Global Client Solutions team is a global group of account management professionals who specialize in media localization. As an Account Manager, you will manage key client accounts and oversee the entire life-cycle of projects. You will oversee all aspects of project coordination (scoping, quoting, launching and management of all data, personnel and departments involved) from hand-off through project completion, to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery. As a successful Account Manager you will effectively establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales and production teams worldwide.
Review and understand client orders and project deliverables, determine production milestones and preemptively flag any concerns and/or questions prior to kick-off.
Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the impact of their content by understanding end-use and target audience and advising on the best approach for localization
Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates
Align with multiple production departments and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality and turnaround expectations.
Analyze delays and production hurdles and immediately escalate delays or roadblocks, whilst providing alternate solutions for approval.
Ensure billing and invoice queries are handled in a timely manner
Assist in planning ramp-up initiatives through collaboration with Vendor Management and Training Teams.
Monitor project statuses and KPIs. Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and/or related data.
Proactively identify potential client issues with ongoing projects

Your experience includes:
Minimum Bachelor's degree
1-3 years experience in a client-facing role in the media/audiovisual localization industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages would be an asset
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in a client facing role managing client expectations
Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced environment
