The Media Global Client Solutions team is a global group of account management professionals who specialize in media localization. As an Account Manager, you will manage key client accounts and oversee the entire life-cycle of projects. You will oversee all aspects of project coordination (scoping, quoting, launching and management of all data, personnel and departments involved) from hand-off through project completion, to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery. As a successful Account Manager you will effectively establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales and production teams worldwide.


  • Review and understand client orders and project deliverables, determine production milestones and preemptively flag any concerns and/or questions prior to kick-off.

  • Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the impact of their content by understanding end-use and target audience and advising on the best approach for localization

  • Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates

  • Align with multiple production departments and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality and turnaround expectations.

  • Analyze delays and production hurdles and immediately escalate delays or roadblocks, whilst providing alternate solutions for approval.

  • Ensure billing and invoice queries are handled in a timely manner

  • Assist in planning ramp-up initiatives through collaboration with Vendor Management and Training Teams.

  • Monitor project statuses and KPIs. Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and/or related data.

  • Proactively identify potential client issues with ongoing projects

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree

  • 1-3 years experience in a client-facing role in the media/audiovisual localization industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages would be an asset

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a client facing role managing client expectations

  • Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced environment

The Sr. Manager of Global Key Accounts plays a vital role in the commercial success of the Reproductive Health (RH) organization and collaborates with RH Technical Support Service teams globally to ensure success of global RH key accounts. The RH vertical is tasked to tailor the powerful platforms including qPCR, CE, microarray and NGS to complete solutions designed for meeting the RH customers' unmet needs and unleash the power of our largest collection of genetic analysis platforms for RH applications. A global approach in our business model is essential to align account strategies, service and support strategies, pricing and account management. The Senior Manager for Global Key Accounts is central to our goal of bringing advanced technologies to our reproductive health customers. Reporting to the head of the business unit, the Global Key Account Manager drives key account strategies to support their global expansion ambition and initiatives across multiple regions and align the strategies with both TSS and FAS support organization. This role owns the business unit global key account plan and revenue. This individual will own the executive level relationship with the key accounts and collaborate with regional TSS/ FAS/ FSE teams to a successful business expansion of these accounts. What will you do? * Coordinate with Reproductive Health BU leadership and regional TSS to drive overall account strategy and influencing their overall business decisions and future plan * Coordinate with RH/CSD Product Management and management on instituting global price structure * Work across the regions to consolidate the account support needs, consumables consumption, market outlook, getting new sites up and running, consolidating forecast, anticipate future demand, escalating issues to the working group as needed and keeping all regions updated on the overall account health and status * Drive the drafting and updating of the global supply agreement in collaboration with legal * Work internally to begin to establish our support and service infrastructure and deploy on a global scale * Most importantly, this is a team sport – provide the internal coordination and support in conjunction with all of our regional colleagues * Sales and regional connection – develop a strong relationship with key sales leaders within the various regions to align on strategies and tactics. * Customer advocate – ensure sufficient face time in front of customers to truly manage and influence market future trends.
